Random Thought on “Yes Regina, House Negros still do exist!!”

Between idiots like Michael Steele (with his comments after President Carter’s opinion on the racist opposition to the president) and now this Lloyd Marcus and his “2010″ song at the Tea Baggers protest I am saddened on how dumb, watered down and out of touch these conservatives of color seriously are!!  Why must one downplay their race if your viewpoints are politically different when that is something that makes us unique, our experiences can add to the dialog of our debates (unlike hypocritical conservative whites who took up issue with NOW Supreme Court Justice Sotomayor and her “Wise Latina” comments yet their OWN background makes up their own experience and how they came about to be a conservative white)  and (yikes) it actually makes up a part of our DNA as (what Klannity would say) “A Great American”??  I respect those whose point of views differ from mind but I also have logic and common sense to see the obvious of the hateful and racist dialog.  Once we can get past that to address the issues and concerns inspite of our differences (no one is really addressing the issues of class because sadly race keeps us divided yet class also plays a role in division too but that’s another subject altogether) is when we can perhaps be able to have some type of civil dialog versus the yelling, shouting and racist garbage going on currently that apparently Mr. Marcus is sooo oblivious to because he is what Paul Mooney says in a joke about race  “under the illusion of inclusion”. 

I recently got a comment from one poster (on a prior post I wrote about Sept 11) who is in such denial of it I basically told this fool, sorry stop responding to me because it is what it is and we can agree to disagree (I even cited various examples in my response back to this person)!! If you are that much of a fool to not acknowledge it I don’t know what the hell is wrong with you!!!
