A few minutes later Al Sharpton and middle aged, glorified crystal method looking, fellow lipstick bigotted bitch Coultergeist, (who were already on the show talking about “Beer Summit” and the Gates drama) gave their response to what they heard from Barrett. I can’t take this credit for this thought. As a matter of fact I was listening to Warren Ballentine’s show and a caller on Weds show mentioned this. How come Obama is hosting this Kum-Ba-Ya/ We Are The World BS “Beer Summit” with Sgt James Crowley and Henry Louis Gates. Yet those children from Philly who PAID GOOD MONEY to attend a swim club in the suburbs but were discriminated against at that club weren’t even thought of to attend The White House after the fact. I mean Thank God for Tyler Perry paying for the kids to go to Disney World, but how cool as well as addressing a real deal matter on racism would it have been for President Obama to open The White House to those kids to come!!
These are my thoughts on the Gates drama that I gave. It was posted on the Baltimore Channel 11 website and here it is below:
Sgt Crowley & Henry Louis Gates were both heated in the matter (and I completely understand). But Sgt Crowley is refusing to apologize and overall felt his authority challenged by a black man. I have heard the COMPLETE 911 call on a radio show. Why is no one talking about the fact that the caller to 911 didn’t mention the person being a black man but in Sgt. Crowley’s report he falsely wrote that it was a black man? I don’t think that President Obama should back down NOR APOLOGIZE for his comments on how the Cambridge Police Dept and Sgt Crowley acted “stupidly” towards Professor Henry Louis Gates. This Kum-Ba-Ya/We Are The World event over beer to discuss race relations in my eyes is a WASTE OF TIME and won’t solve anything in my honest opinion. As a black woman race relations will sadly never be understood to understand the other’s feelings NOT IN MY LIFETIME!!! Bigotted feelings about people not of someone’s race I believe will always reign supreme over trying to understand another person’s experience!!
Unbelievable seeing Klannity’s obessive compulsive repeated commentary on this Gates drama. Klannity distorting a 1994 Gates interview on an era he was addressing and Klannity just up and lying & distorting his interview ON LIVE TV. Thank you Newshounds for clearly breaking down the commentary Gates gave at that time!!
The above clip clearly indicates Gates (while talking about his memoir book “Colored People” in 1994) talking about his mother’s experience with racism and why she hated white people. Something Klannity with his bigotted ass and ties to fellow bigotsDIDN’T SHOWCASE and only was fixated on Gates mentioning Malcolm X and him being a radical and of course Obama’s ties to radicals like Jeremiah Wright and Bill Ayers. Even with this short 3 minutes shown I understood the context of what Gates was talking about. Gates mentioned him and his mother watching a documentary in 1959 called “The Hate that Hate Produced” with Malcolm X, that what he was saying things about the white man being the devil that made her and him light up with excitement (at a time in which black folks didn’t dare to do such things) and what he was talking about her dislike and hatred against white people. Yet in spite of that she wanted the best for her sons and for them to go to intergrated schools. He also discussed in this short clip of the nearly 1 hr interview his mother having serious problems with his marriage to a white woman. But alas Klannity didn’t even give a rat’s ass to really understand the context of what Gates addressed nor the era he is referencing in his memoir of what his mother’s experience with white folks was like!!!!
