This is repulsive to me as an listener of NPR on the radio and online!! Hey Juan Williams is anyone giving you any death threats like they are at your old job (shaking my head)??? Alas no one right wing will take any accountability for the nuts who go to such extremes like this just because the media outlet isn’t “Fair and Balanced”. We know if death threats were happening at the “Fair and Balanced” network it would be constant media coverage on it. Sadly I wouldn’t cry or shed tears. My reply would be “Well you reap what you sow”.

Malik Shabazz defends New Black Panther Party

This interview is pertaining to voter intimidation accusations of The New Black Panther party during the ’08 election and use of derogatory words against white folks. Of course a lightening rod of constant chatter for Fox news and forever wanting to display reverse racism. 
I am thankful for NPR’s Michele Martin for giving an objective interview with that asshat former DOJ laywer J. Christian Adams on this matter.
I was wanting Malik to ask Klannity if he was still friends with bigoted folks (the answer of course being yes). I also find it interesting that Lipstick Bigoted Blondebot Bitch asks him questions on his hatred of whitey and jews and in actuality is ALSO contributing to the right wing fearmongering that Fox does ooooh sooo well (rolling my eyes).
Here is a throwback classic with Malik on Klannity’s show in ’08. He hasn’t been on there since this little outting Klannity pal-ing around with like minded bigots and ruffling his feathers!! One of the reasons it’s stored in my favorites on Youtube!!
Farewell News and Notes

This show was impacted with the budget cuts at NPR due to the expense of cost to air that show which originates at NPR West studios. This is my recent letter I wrote to them. If you get the chance please go onto the NPR site and type in News and Notes to hear some of the various stories they have covered through the years!!!
I would listen to your show in passing after leaving work on WEAA in Baltimore, MD in the evenings. I started regularly getting into download the podcasts to listen to faithfully once I purchased my MP3 player as my Christmas gift in ’07 and have been listening to you guys for over a year. I wrote earlier to express my disappointment in the show being given the boot when it is still a much needed voice in our diverse world and how current events impact black people from all walks of life!! This show has done a FANTASTIC service to those who aren’t black (or have little interaction with blacks) to enlighten them on us and get a perspective not shown thru mainstream media outlets so they truly have a “fair and balanced” outlook of us!!! I will truly miss the variety of subjects covered by the show and the show’s take on current events from diverse viewpoints (some I agree with and some I don’t). Some people you have featured on your show I have taken interest to find out more about them thru their blogs, tv appearances on news shows, news articles, music or autobiographies to read or audiobook. I wish the entire staff of News and Notes the best of luck in all of your future endeavors and a heartfelt thanks to Tony Cox for carrying the torch of maintaining the utmost quality and class of the show after the Fantastic Farai’s departure in January!!

Fox News: Lil Conflict of Interest

Apparently there is a lil conflict of interest with Greta, her hubby and the Painlins!! Damn I didn’t know she was married with her rough looking ass!! That alone came as a surprise to me because she looks to me in the words of Wendy Williams very “How You Doing!!”
I seriously doubt that Van Susteren followed proper professional ethics and fully disclosed this information on her show. Yet she along with the other Fox fools are quick to call out the so called liberal media on their bias and conflict of interest. They are the network that raises an uber stank about it and have it featured on some segment of Bill-0/Klannity/Greedy Greta’s show emphasizing mainstream media bias!! Utter hypocrisy & double standards at it’s finest but Fox news isn’t really known for valid professionalism anyway, except to idiotic right wingers.
Too bad she lacks the objective professional ethical protocol of NPR’s Tell Me More host Michel Martin. Martin during the time of the Michael Vick’s drama FULLY DISCLOSED on air and on the Tell Me More Blog her husband as his lawyer and when the topic was addressed took herself out of speaking on the subject and had a substitute moderator fill in for her. That is a valid example of legit professionalism when covering news!!!!
Where is the BS mantra of Fair and Balanced of Fox news when one of their own doesn’t fully disclose their ties to their slobbering love affair of all things Sarah Palin???
I hope a nice grey haired dude on MSNBC happens to mention this on his show somewhere down the line!!!
